You have to take meals after regular intervals. Starving for a long can affect the life growing inside you and that is why you should never try this.   • Not eating food with high nutritive value: You must eat food that is high in nutritive value. A pregnant woman should have iron, calcium, protein, zinc, folic acid, vitamin C, d, etc in her diet. Try to consume all these nutrients in a natural way otherwise; you can also take a doctor’s suggestion on supplements as well.
  • Consuming any medicine: You must never consume any medicine which is not prescribed by your doctor.
